With nearly 20 years of experience, Dee-Lightfully Unique is passionate about creating one-of-a-kind gifts! Our company's founder, Amanda D. Luneau, is a widow and mother. After the birth of her first child, Amanda began embroidering to save money on personalized clothes. Soon her skills were noticed by friends and family leading to the development of Dee-Lightfully Unique, LLC. Dee-Lightully Unique is a small-business based in Lousiana committed to our community, customers, and family.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, if we make a mistake, the item will be remade at no charge. Please make sure to verify and double-check all parts of your order to make sure that everything is clear for our embroidery specialist.

Can you ship outside of the US?

We do not currently ship outside of the US.

What is your turn around time?

Our normal turn around time frame is 5-7 BUSINESS (M-F) DAYS dependent on in-stock status. During holidays and other busy times of the year, that turn around time frame can be as many as 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS based on availability!

Please try to plan accordingly for holidays and special occasions!

Dee-Lightfully Unique Policies

1. All orders must be PREPAID. Any order totaling $50 or less requires full payment before any work on the order will begin. Any order that totals more than $50 requires a minimum of 50% down before any work will begin and the remainder of the balance to be paid at pick up. 

2. Our normal turn around time frame is 5-7 BUSINESS (M-F) DAYS and orders are completed in the order they are received. If an order is needed to be completed in less than the 5-7 business day time frame, a rush order fee will apply. The rush order fee will depend on time frame needed, size of order, and availability to complete the order in that time frame. During holidays and other busy times of the year, that turn around time frame can be as many as 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS! Please try to plan accordingly for holidays and special occasions!

3. We are not responsible for customer supplied items. We all know that accidents happen, machines malfunction, and sometimes the machines may simply get hungry and "eat" an item. This is a rare occurrence, but it does sometimes happen. We may request a waiver to be signed when presented with a customer supplied item order.

4. All Sales Are Final and we do not offer refunds. However, if we make a mistake, the item will be remade at no charge. Please make sure to verify and double-check all parts of your order to make sure that everything is clear for our embroidery specialist.

5. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. We also reserve the right to modify our policies as necessary.
